Blue Elephant is located in The Walk, it is right across Shakeys. 🙂 It has blue interiors and you will never miss it. Trust me. I was invited by a friend to have dinner. Since all main restaurants were packed for the night, we headed to Blue Elephant instead.
I found the menu quiet interesting due to it’s shape. It reminded me of a slum book back in the 90’s. It’s cute. 🙂
My dad told me before that when you receive anything with an elephant it means that you will never forget them and their kindness. A tradition from Thailand. My dad used to be a seafarer hence the story.
I forgot what this was called but it sure tasted good!
Who would not know this?! Pork Ribs and BBQ sauce. It was too tough for my taste.
Don’t let the chili overwhelm you, it wasn’t that spicy at all. It was a Thai take on our local Bicol Express. 🙂
The place was really great. Cozy and warm so with the wait staff. They are truly hospitable and really approachable. It was a busy night and we never felt we were ignored. They were attentive and served with a smile.
What I loved about the bar was the blue sort of fin looking thing. It looked like capiz shells. It was really lovely. It made me think it would be a nice bathroom motif.
Dumbo head.
It was packed for the night.

Wow, you've been food hopping! Yum! Happy new year!
