How To Pay Cebu Pacific via LBC

I made a
step-by-step blog on how
to get tickets online
 and how to pay
for them in BDO
. This would be on how to pay for the online reservations in
your local LBC branch.

Here are the
steps:
1. Take note of the 14 digit Confirmation Code you get after the successful booking.

2. Go to your local LBC branch and tell them you’d be paying for your tickets.
Tip #1. The LBC Branch only has until 4:00PM for Cebu Pacific online reservation payments. Make sure to be there before the cut-off. I went to the nearest branch at around 11AM.

3. Pay the exact amount from the online booking and wait to get your receipt. No fees are necessary and the line is shorter compared to queuing in the bank. You would not need to fill out any forms as well, just have your confirmation code, name of passenger and date of flight written on a piece of paper and hand it over to the LBC teller.

4. Wait for 24 hours for the e-mail confirmation and itinerary to be sent to you.

5. If you do not get the text in 2 days, it is best to send a copy of the receipt and attach to your e-mail and sent it to: cebetkt@cebupacificair.com

  1. Hi, the tickets may have been already purchased by someone else. Online booking should be paid before midnight of the same day. Example: nagbook ka nang 11pm dapat before mag midnight bayad na sya dapat. If not, I recommend booking at 1am and make sure to pay within the same day para di makuha nang iba. Although on HOLD pa sya technically you did not make it on time kasi, so this will be reopened to other guests.

  2. hi this is my problem. I booked my flight last January 4, 2015 12:10a.m and paid it through LBC on 10:00 a.m same day (Sunday) the problem is until now I havent receive my Itinerary receipt and even a text from cebupacific. Should I wait for one more day before sending them an email? My flight will be next week 😦

  3. Thanks for the reply ma'am. Yes I sent an email to cebupacific just this afternoon together with the receipt issued by LBC during the payment. Hoping to receive Good news from them tomorrow. GOD BLESS

  4. hi i purchased my tcket thru travel agency, after few days i wanted to up my baggage allowance frm 15 to 20 kgs and made the transaction thru online and opt for payment centers but i wasnt able to pay it on the deadline, after 2 days i checked my status saying CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT DUE, i thot my transaction was forfeited bcz it its due already, anf thres a notification wen i view my itinerary online stating THIS BOOKING IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE MODIFIED ONLINE, PLS CHEK UR ISSUING AGENCY FOR CHANGES.So i went to the travel agency whr i bought the ticket but thyr system says the airline has closed this booking for baggage upgrades. and wen i check my itinerary online the status still says confirmed with payment due. now this leaves me clueless as to where i should pay my dues. will goin to cebu pac tcket office at the airport resolves this issue? calling thr hotline no. is hopeless…..pls help me

  6. thanx for the advice. what if i try to pay frm the list of bayad centers? will it still be accepted? ticket booth means the ticket ofice of ceb pac at the airport or the agency whr i bought my tcket?

  7. There are Cebu Pacific branches in malls if it's near your area. If you are in Cebu, we have a Cebu Pacific office in Robinsons Fuente branch. If you are near the airport you can head out there as well. As for your baggage allowance you may ask this directly from the Cebu Pacific branch as well to get this fixed. I would recommend that you head out to the Cebu Pacific office cause they have a wider range of support rather than that of bayad centers/travel agencies with limitations.

Hi! i just paid for my booked online through BDO this afternoon and havent got email for itirenary receipt yet and when i tried to look again for the plane schedule at their website, the schedule that ive choosen has a sign that 1 seat left on that fare and the chairs for me and my little boy was already occupied.. do u think they already reserved that for us even if i havent get itirenary receipt yet?

  13. This happened to me when the flight date/time is already less than 24 hours from the booking time. You can check this by trying to book a ticket that's flying 2 days after to see if the bayad center option appears. 😉

  15. Hello po…ano dapat ko gawin kasi nong nagbabayad na ako sa Cebuana ang sabi wala daw ako pending payment kaya unsuccessful ang payment…and nakalagay sa itinerary ko sa STATUS: CONFIRMED WITH PAYMENT DUE…di ko rin macontact ang hotline ng Cebupac.
