After I told myself to boycott going to the gym, I thought a little calorie won’t hurt. We headed to Parkmall to try the newest buzz in the food scene – Boneless Lechon Belly.
I guess you have seen a few of the signs around town now stating that they are the best and that they are the original.
Amidst the lack of funds, I shelled out Php115. This better be worth it, I told myself.

Impression? Crispy, flavorful, succulent meat. I am so inlove with the vinegar that came along with the pork belly. Certainly something I would like to have on any given day. Try it for yourself! And yes, they have spicy for those chili-freaks out there. 🙂
