I got the best email news – ever! The news filled me with joy and anger at the same time. Joy that Backyard Burgers is back and anger as I cannot be there to indulge in their rich burger goodness.
I had my fair share of their best grilled burgers early January of this year. I failed to bring my camera then and was unfortunately, unable to document it enough to land a blog post. I was however able to sign up for their newsletter just in case.
Here’s what the e-mail announcement said:
After months and months of private messages and emails from our #BBCEBU friends, we decided, it is time to come back and not to wait for Sinulog to pop back in!
Here is our temporary schedule for at least the next 2 weeks.
Sugbu Mercado IT Park – Nov 17-19, 24-26, 2016.
We will have another location in between but it’s nto quite locked yet – so we will send another email announcing that maybe towards the end of the week. Meanwhile, come see us at Sugbu Mercado this weekend, eh 🙂
We have some exciting improvements with our cheese and added Mozarella cheese in most of our burgers – so it’s extra super duper goooey 🙂

Food, Travel & Whatevs 
Hehehe. It is 8.30pm now. So I was thinking of food. I'd like to take time off from writing, relax, watch a movie while eating. And then I see this post of yours. Now, to be honest, burgers are among the foods I eat a lot less in the last few years, primarily for health reasons. However, I do like to indulge at times. But here's where it gets tricky. I do not live in a place with access to good burgers. Fast food burgers sucks. Ang layo ng Cebu kasi!

Same here! I signed up too. It's just so saddening that I can't come as well due to my status now and I am four hours away from the city! lol so not a good idea to visit them. So most probably, in a perfect time, I'll surely be able to meet them and try their burgers. Hopefully!

It must be taste good talaga that is why many people are asking na ibalik agad. Hope we can have a taste din super love namin burgers.

I haven't tried it but with all the Cebuanos' petition to return it, I'm sure it's good. I hope it became successful, it will open a branch here in Manila. Then I'll definitely be the first to go. Their temporary sched is over na pala, did you try it again? Can you blog it na? 🙂

I haven't actually tried BB Cebu! But I'm pretty sure I will try it when I get back to Cebu. It's great that it was out of popular demand that it's back. Now that is brand loyalty 🙂
